At MMFurniture, we strive to make buying vintage and designer furniture as smooth and transparent as possible. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, and payment options.
Shipping
Local Delivery – Gold Coast & Surrounds
- Gold Coast: $100 flat rate
- Within 80 km of Gilston, QLD 4211: $180 flat rate
Need help with stairs, indoor placement, or tricky access? Just let us know — we’ll tailor the best solution for you.
Important Note: Large or heavy items will require two-person lifting. If you are unable to assist with lifting, a custom delivery quote will be required.
Interstate Shipping We run weekly deliveries along the east coast of Australia (Sunshine Coast → Gold Coast → Byron Bay → Newcastle → Sydney → Canberra → Melbourne and surrounding areas).

- Timing will be confirmed after payment.
Pickup Option You’re welcome to collect your item from our Nerang, QLD storage facility by appointment. Payment can be made in cash on collection or via bank transfer / Afterpay / WooPayments in advance.
Shipping Notes
- Full payment is required before dispatch or pickup.
- Deliveries are to ground level only unless otherwise arranged.
- We use trusted carriers, but all items are at the buyer’s risk once handed over to the carrier.
Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final.
Because our furniture is vintage and pre-owned (often 30–60+ years old), we do not offer returns. Each piece is unique, and we describe its condition as honestly and accurately as possible.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
In-person viewing You are welcome to inspect items in person at our Nerang storage by appointment. Email or call us to arrange a time.
Damaged in Transit If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Payment Options
Full payment is required before delivery or pickup. Accepted methods:
- Cash (on collection in Nerang)
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay via WooPayments
- Afterpay (interest-free instalments)
