Description
A set of six Danish design dining chairs, recently refreshed and ready for use. With tall slatted backs, gently tapered legs, and warm timber frames, these chairs embody the clean lines and functional elegance of mid‑century modern style. The seats were reupholstered in crisp white vinyl a few years ago and remain in excellent condition, offering a fresh, durable finish that complements the timber beautifully.
This set carries the Danish Design Furniture label. This was not a single maker’s mark but a quality designation used from the late 20th century to promote furniture produced in the Danish modern style. The label signified adherence to Scandinavian design principles of simplicity, function, and craftsmanship, even when production was carried out internationally. Some examples of this model have also been seen with Danish Overseas Furniture export stickers, but this set retains only the Danish Design Furniture mark.
