A pair of Designer Chairs. I can only find one other pair like these online and there is very little information about the Maker or design available online. Either way these chairs are very well made and look stunning.
These are a great investment piece, I believe they were made in Victoria .
The original owners purchased them New in 1970 and had them recovered in a Royal Blue recently.
The Sunning Wood frame reminds me of the “Cube Easy Chair ” Made by British maker Heals in the 1930s.
incredibly comfortable chairs, they tilt backwards just the right amount to make them perfect for watching TV or just relaxing.
Background Information
Believed to have been made by a company called Aero Design, who were based in Victoria. Circa 1970
Condition & Dimensions
Frames are in original condition. Seats have been recovered recently , some signs of use. One chairs frame has been re-glued at the front. All joints are solid.
