Description
G Plan 6250 Chair and Footstool. This chair is known as the Blofeld chair due to its use by villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, played by Donald Pleasence, in the James Bond film “You Only Live Twice” (1967).
Also dubbed “The most comfortable chair in the world” (and for very good reason) this fabulous mid-century lounge chair is an amazing statement chair for any vintage collection.
Covered in Chenille Warwick fabric about 10 years ago.
This is a swivel chair and a rocking chair.

G-plan were popular a uk based mid-century furniture maker of Premium Furniture. The Quality of the furniture is second to none.
Condition
Good vintage condition chair, the Chair and footstool were reupholstered about 10 years ago. A very sturdy and well made piece of furniture…NO RIPS in the fabric , Some wear bobbling on the Fabric. Fabric has been professionally cleaned.
