These chairs are approximately 15 years old and have been meticulously cared for by a single, elderly owner who cherished them dearly. The leather shows no cracks or rips, and while there is a charming patina that has naturally developed over time, the chairs remain in remarkably good condition. The leather covering on one arm of the Sofa exhibits more pronounced signs of use, as this is where the previous owner frequently sat.
