A beautifully preserved example of Australian mid-century design, this Fler Narvik daybed/sofa features a sculptural rattan back and a warm-toned timber frame with clean, architectural lines. Upholstered professionally around 2015 in a high-quality stone-fleck fabric, the cushions remain firm and inviting, with minimal signs of use. The frame has been partially restored—arms, sides, and both front and rear panels have been refinished, while the remaining timber has been cleaned and waxed to retain its original character. Metal springs are firm and supportive. This piece has lived quietly in a spare room and is ready to be enjoyed or styled as a statement in any modern or vintage-inspired space.
