This Beautiful Desk ( Maker unknown, stamped Select?) Has had the top restored. Features 2 Slide out Writing Extensions on either side, and 5 drawers. All Drawers are dove Tail, this desk has some quality in the build. The Desk isn’t made from your usual chipboard with Veneer stuck on , but made from layers of Plywood with Veneer stuck on top. This is far superior to chipboard.
The desk is also finished at the back, meaning the desk doesn’t have to site up against a wall and can be freestanding.
This is also the male version of the desk as there is no privacy screen at the back ( intended for a male office worker back in the 1950s )
I would estimate this desk was made in the 1950s \ 60s

Condition & Dimensions
The top have been stripped and finished in a Modern Wax oil. The rest of the desk is in original vintage condition
